Introduction

Welcome to Weboxcel (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at weboxcel.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by Weboxcel. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them. If you do not agree with Agreements, you may not use the Service.

1. Scope of Engineering Services

Weboxcel provides white-label front-end web development services, specifically focusing on Figma-to-CMS execution for WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.

Exclusions: We are strictly an execution partner. Weboxcel assumes no responsibility or legal liability for SEO performance, ranking fluctuations, Core Web Vitals maintenance post-launch, WCAG/ADA accessibility compliance, or vulnerabilities caused by third-party plugins or hosting environments.
Revisions & QA: All QA and testing are conducted on zero-footprint staging environments. Once staging is approved and the project is delivered, any further structural changes, layout modifications, or new feature requests will require a new paid scope of work.

2. Intellectual Property & White-Label Guarantee

Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Weboxcel. However, for client projects, Weboxcel operates as a 100% white-label partner. Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, 100% of the intellectual property, source code, and design assets are irrevocably transferred to the hiring agency. Your agency retains all rights. Weboxcel will not contact your clients or claim public credit for the work unless explicitly permitted in writing.

3. Purchases & Refunds

If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. We have no refund policy; all payments made for our engineering services are non-refundable. We are obligated to deliver the work to the exact specifications of the approved design brief for the payments made to us.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including “spam.”
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, or another user.
To engage in conduct that restricts anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service.

5. Disclaimer Of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

These services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind. You expressly agree that your use of these services is at your sole risk. Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damage arising out of this agreement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
